In a case, you like this approach and answers given, we can setup a second wave of paid consultations, where we go deeper into particular issue details and deconstruct them to find appropriate direction to solutions to consider, analyze them and finally implement them.

If you are both comfortable with answers provided and advices given are what you had in mind, we can establish either dedicated pool of consulting hrs on a monthly basis that would help you get to the solution or plan and directly engage on a specific task or project you have in mind.

In either case, we would need to sign either retainer-type of consulting agreement or fixed term consulting agreement.

Please note, I would not be considered good and trusted consultant not to tell you that the best way to start working on a problem or a project you have, is to first plan and deconstruct a problem and then identify what could be a possible solution for it (Analysis Phase).

This activity could easily lead to the several possible solutions or even the possibility that I am not best suited or equipped consultant for you and you may need to seek specific domain consultants. This determination of potential options will lead us into Design Phase and need to seek someone else.

However, even if this happens, I will still consider this a success in our exchange as my advice was giving you a right direction, regardless that my own engagement stops.

We offer both options as well as hybrid method (periodic on-site meetings/off-site work) for our EU, EEA, European and the USA clients. There may some additional paperwork needed for some countries in case of long-term engagement.

Dependent on contractual framework you are comfortable with, we can start within 7 days of signed agreements.

As a part of process of deconstructing a problem (Analysis Phase), we will agree on what the outcomes of the consulting services are needed by you (either a concept paper, demo or a strategy) and what objectives you want to achieve, We will developed then metrics which will be used by you to measure the outcome, both quantity and quality, of our services.
